5. Payments and Billing

• Fees are billed monthly on the same date each month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel anytime with no penalty
• Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the Service for spam or phishing
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools without permission

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay your bills

You may cancel your account anytime by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

11. Indemnification

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
